Add more EMI and mag related checks to Ardupuilot diagnostics log analyzer

Log Analyzer engine v1.1: now diagnoses compass interference at the source (which body axis, fix per axis), detects mid-flight EKF sensor disagreement, distinguishes mechanical vs. flight-controller attitude issues by classifying whether the commanded signal was itself stable, and corrects failsafe labels against current ArduPilot 4.6.x. 29 diagnostic checks total. Plus emailed reports now actually arrive.
